摘要: Abstract Bilirubin-diglucuronide was transferred from aqueous solution partially into the ether phase when shaken with of lecithin or chloroform a sphingomyelin. Increasing concentrations enhanced extraction yields. The bilirubin-diglucuronide obtained in this way behaved every respect identically extract sera patients long lasting biliary occlusion ( e.g. carcinomatous). presence serum albumin lowered Taurocholate diminished extractability pigment pure solutions but it albumincontaining solutions. Free bilirubin had only slight “complexing” properties. nature so called “ether-extractable” thus explained as “complex” compound and sphingomyelin bilirubin-diglucuronide.
