摘要: Abstract Duboscic acid belongs to a new class of triterpenoids dubosane, isolated from Duboscia macrocarpa. Gas-phase fragmentation duboscic was studied using positive ion electrospray ionization quadropole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ESI-QqTOF-MS/MS) hybrid instrument. ESI-QqTOF-MS (positive mode) showed the presence protonated molecule [M+H] + which under low-energy collision-induced dissociation tandem spectrometric (CID-MS/MS) analysis characteristic losses methoxy, hydroxyl and carboxylic groups. Our results demonstrated fragments this are formed due cleavage seven membered unsaturated ring C. The pathways were proposed with aid HRMS computational studies. knowledge pattern key fragment ions acid, i.e. gas phase behavior unique dubosane structure, will be useful for further exploration related species same genera characterization novel members compounds.
