摘要: Objectives. Previous Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have demonstrated Interleukin-1 receptor 2 (IL-1R2) was strongly associated with susceptibility to ankylosing spondylitis (AS). The aim of this study replicate the IL-1R2 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) AS in northern Han Chinese.Methods. A total 490 patients and 580 matched healthy controls were enrolled our study. Six tagSNPs IL-1R2: rs4851526, rs4851527, rs2302589, rs2072476, rs2072472, rs2310173 selected genotyped by Taqman SNP genotyping method. differences allele genotype frequencies analyzed use PLINK 1.07.Results. Logistic regression analysis showed that one tagSNP rs2302589 significantly (OR 0.77, 95% CI = 0.64–0.92, P 0.005). However, no significant observed on other for risk. haplotype further “GCGCGG” also wi...
