摘要: In this study, the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Prionodon pardicolor has been reported for first time in China. The total length mitogenome was 16,689 bp. It contained typical structure, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA 2 ribosomal genes and 1 control region (D-loop). tRNASer lost stem DHC loop failed to form a cloverleaf secondary structure. Mitochondrial P. p. 1242 bp long, laying between tRNAPro tRNAPhe genes. Based on PCG sequences, homology single-nucleotide mutation loci were performed pardicolor. As result, two species 99.6% average, Nucleotide 41. Also, view their comparison, drop 28 nucleotides.
