摘要: : Selective variations in the composition of poly(A)-containing mRNA were found to be induced rat cerebellum by X-irradiation. populations prepared from normal and X-irradiated cerebella at different stages their development displayed equal efficiencies when translated vitro reticulocyte lysates. Specific differences revealed, however, labeled translation products both preparations subjected two-dimensional gel electrophoresis followed fluorography dried gels. Of more than 100 polypeptide products, several showed marked intensity differences, indicating changes abundance directing species.
