摘要: Abstract This review examines the empirical literature on relationship between internalizing disorders and substance use (SUDs) in youth terms of (a) comorbidity rates, (b) risk relationships, (c) temporal sequencing, (d) implications for intervention. Findings from community clinical samples suggest that rates range 9.0 to 47.9%. The majority evidence supports precedence before a unidirectional model which increase later disorders. Implications this interventions are considered, both treatment outcome principal potential “secondary benefit” treating one disorder preventing or reducing other. Finally, recommendations future research SUDs discussed.
