摘要: An integrated microalgae-based system for urban wastewater treatment, microalgae production and bioenergy generation through anaerobic digestion was evaluated over a period of one year. The pilot HRAP effective at removing COD (~ 80%) ammonium 95%) robust, despite common variations in composition weather conditions the Mediterranean region. Biomass showed strong seasonality, reaching an annual average 10 g TSS/m2·day highest values spring (23 TSS/m2·day). Conversely, macromolecular fairly constant (58% proteins, 22% carbohydrates 20% lipids). Predominant species varied throughout year, influencing biogas production. Indeed, biodegradability harvested biomass 20–25% July–October 2012 May–July 2013 25–38% November 2012–April 2013. Adapting content particulate inert Anaerobic Digestion Model No. 1 (ADM1) crucial model calibration. After adjustment, ADM1 able to predict performance, which methane yield 0.09 L CH4/g 15 days HRT 0.16 20 HRT.
