摘要: A method for in vitro cultivation of earthworm gut wall tissue explants is described. Tissue are able to respond protein antigen by secretion antigen-binding into the culture medium. Large irregular cells and round-shaped released from during cultivation. This represents an advantageous tool studies providing possibility parallel assays same donor.
