摘要: The conjunctive use of surface and groundwater resources is one alternative for optimal available water in arid semiarid regions. optimization models proposed allocation are often complicated, nonlinear, computationally intensive, especially when different stakeholders involved that have conflicting interests. In this article, a new conflict-resolution methodology developed the using Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) Young Conflict-Resolution Theory (YCRT) presented. model applied to Tehran aquifer metropolitan area Iran. Stakeholders study interests related supply with acceptable quality, pumping costs, table fluctuations. methodology, MODFLOW MT3D quantity quality simulation linked NSGA-II develop Pareto fronts among objectives. best solutions on then selected YCRT. results show significance applying an integrated approach area.
