摘要: The structural and photoelectric properties of nanodispersed molybdenum disulfide films intercalated with cationic organic compounds (rhodamine 6G, oxazine, triethylbenzylammonium, hexadecyltrimethylammonium, polyvinylpyrrolidone) hydroxocomplexes Zn, Co, Ni, Cd are studied. It is found that the greatest differences between absorption spectra MoS2 various natures observed in range 500–850 nm, conductivities (dark photo-) Ni or Co rise by one more orders magnitude, respectively, compared to disulfide. correlation photoconductivity corresponding values dark conductivity determined, proving charge transport (and not generation processes) limiting step for photocurrent. concluded highly conductive polycrystal close those monocrystals interest practical use optoelectronics.
