摘要: The structural and photoelectric properties of nanodispersed molybdenum disulfide films intercalated with cationic organic compounds (rhodamine 6G, oxazine, triethylbenzylammonium, hexadecyltrimethylammonium, polyvinylpyrrolidone) hydroxocomplexes Zn, Co, Ni, Cd are studied.
