摘要: Twenty patients with non-small cell carcinoma of the lung who had cerebral metastasis, were treated by craniotomy and thoracotomy. Eighteen these a solitary metastasis all as curable. Ten presented synchronous brain disease. Of remaining 10, nine initially tumour, which was first. There zero operative mortality rate median survival 12 months reasonable quality life for this time.
