Biochemical studies on copper, copper oxidase, magnesium, sulfur, calcium and phosphorus in cancer of the breast

摘要: Abstract The authors have determined copper, copper oxidase, magnesium, inorganic sulfur, calcium and phosphorus contents in the blood serum of 23 women with carcinoma breast, as well mammary tissues, normal cancerous histopathologic diagnosis. mean values were: 228.8 μg/100 ml ± 33.7 instead value 108.1 9.7; sulfur 2.264 mg/100 0.243 1.222 0.193; magnesium 2.186 mequiv/l 0.179 2.087 0.067; concentrations fell range. tissues 761.2 g 78.3 64.9 11.1; 50.6 8.7 23.5 3.3; within values. results suggest that content increases before tissue.
