摘要: A beam of incident electromagnetic radiation is generated having a spatial distribution intensity periodically varying in time. receiver suspected containing an analyte irradiated with the beam, and signal emitted detected correlation, if any, determined between periodicity applied fluctuations signal. The method apparatus have particular applicability field particle detection, e.g. fluorescent detection.
