摘要: Abstract Better stakeholder management can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of disaster humanitarian operations (DHO). Therefore, is emerging as a relevant research topic. Nonetheless, plurality models inconsistent use concepts affect progress in DHO. Thus, this paper aims to develop model that embraces visual representation covering all stakeholders involved DHO addresses current lack common understanding inter-relationships well vocabulary its meanings related stakeholders' A systematic literature review conducted, after analyzing 326 abstracts 174 full papers gathered from Scopus database, 41 are identified 28 papers. Then, nomenclature definitions considered existing analyzed identify main Next, linked their respective representations based on an analysis how these conveyed for As result, presents new consistent with concepts, named Public-Private-People Stakeholder Model DHO, which also be adjusted fit different scenarios.
