摘要: Punicic acid (PA), a poly unsaturated fatty found abundantly in pomegranate seed oil is reported to have PPARγ agonist property. TNF-α mediated insulin resistance plays an important role the pathogenesis of diabetes and associated with severe mitochondrial impairment. In this study, PA was evaluated for its ability ameliorate induced dysfunctions 3T3-L1 adipocytes. For this, we examined alterations energetics, biogenesis, transmembrane potential dynamics resistant model improved glucose uptake, ROS accumulation, biogenesis energetics treated cells. addition, treatment proteins like FIS1 OPA1. These findings suggest that can be considered as active lead management dysfunctions.
