摘要: The purpose of this study was to the serum pharmacochemistry SFD as well material basis through analyzing constituents absorbed in blood. orally administrated Wistar rats at 20 g·kg−1, and Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) fingerprints were created. Serum samples collected for analysis, further data processing used MarkerLynx XS software. 19 ginsenosides 16 alkaloids detected SFD. absorption (mainly monoester diterpenoid alkaloids) increased when Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. combined with Panax ginseng, while remained stable. Diester not present samples. A suitable method successfully established pharmacological effects potential improvements formulation. This may also be useful toxicity reduction. We suspect that from mixture Radix, compared only extract, reason combination two herbs popular medicine formulas China.
