摘要: Abstract : The paper reviews the path-goal theory of leadership. This states that a leader's behavior is important for good performance as function its impact on subordinates' perceptions paths to goals and attractiveness goals. When leader clarifies these or makes them more attractive satisfaction, performance, acceptance expected increase. specific relationship between criteria will depend upon personality subordinate existing task environment. discusses complex relationships in some detail.
