摘要: Three dead dogs were brought to the College of Veterinary Medicine, Kyungpook National University for study. Clinically, all showed emaciation, anorexia, depression, hemorrhagic vomiting and diarrhea 7~10 days before death. All clinical signs first noted about one month after feeding with commercial diets. At necropsy, 3 had severe renal damage same green-yellowish colored nephroliths in pelvis. They also systemic hemorrhage calcification several organs, which might have been induced by uremia. Microscopically, necrosis, calculi detected tubules, especially proximal convoluted tubules collecting ducts kidney. These findings supportive a mycotoxic effect, on their kidneys. However, precise cause toxic effect these cases canine failure could not be determined.
