摘要: Background Our aim was to compare cardiovascular and stress response robotic technology during thoracoscopic mobilization anastomosis of the esophagus vs conventional open approach. Design Randomized experimental study. Setting Department Experimental Surgery, University Heidelberg. Subjects Twelve pigs randomized undergo or surgery (6 animals each). Interventions Fundus rotation gastroplasty followed by esophageal intrathoracic surgery. Main Outcome Measures Mean arterial pressure, central venous mean pulmonary capillary wedge cardiac output, vascular resistance, partial oxygen alveolar-arterial difference in pressure oxygen, arteriovenous content measured preoperatively, manipulation, 30 minutes after operation. Operative assessed plasma levels cortisol substance P. Results Hemodynamic measures showed higher intraoperative resistance group, whereas output significantly decreased compared with group. Blood gas values significant deterioration manipulation contrast Substance P were Conclusions The robot-assisted approach is associated improved cardiopulmonary function seems be a less stressful technique.
