摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the effects prostate cancer (PCA) surgery on stress system and identify potential independent factors associating with recovery. design prospective PCA included robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) or retro pubic prostatectomy. Between February December 2013, 151 consecutive patients were evaluated. measured by cortisol serum levels before after post-operative day (POD) 0, 1, 3, 5 45. Statistical methods applied. RARP performed in 71% cases. triggered which immediately (POD 0) responded overproduction induced negative feedback mechanism that started POD continued POD.
