摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess whether autologous uncultured bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) combined with modified cannulated screw would accelerate the healing canine femoral neck fracture. BMMNCs were encapsulated within fibrin glue (FG) and implanted into fractured via in experiment group, control group treated by screw. Gross observation, radiological examination, histological analysis, blood vessel microdensity counting used compare each at 1, 2, 3 months. FG confirmed as an ideal cell-delivery vehicle for proliferation differentiation vitro testing. In vivo animal testing, faster new formation fracture gross analysis experimental than all times points. increased gradually both but more obviously months (p < 0.01). These data suggest that treatment is effective therapy thus, may be option clinical applications. © 2013 Orthopaedic Research Society. Published Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Orthop Res 31:1302–1307,
