A Study on the Factors Affecting Total Quality Management in the Saudi Arabian Construction Industry

摘要: Quality in a construction company is the key focus for competitiveness. The research described this paper assesses effectiveness of total quality management industries. Thus, study aimed to investigate four dimensions which are fundamental process. These management, control, assurance, and inspection. regression analysis has been done identify these variables towards company. empirical result shows that assurance have most effects as they positively significantly related quality. However effect control inspection found not be significant.
