One-step sonochemical synthesis of 1D β-stannous tungstate nanorods: An efficient and excellent electrocatalyst for the selective electrochemical detection of antipsychotic drug chlorpromazine

摘要: Abstract In the modern world, contamination of ecosystem by human and veterinary pharmaceutical drugs through metabolic excretion, improper disposal/industrial waste has been subjected to a hot issue. Therefore, exploitation exclusive structured material reliable technique is necessary task precise detection drugs. With this regards, we made an effort for fabrication novel one-dimensional (1D) stannous tungstate nanorods (β-SnW NRs) via simple sonochemical approach used as electrochemical sensor antipsychotic drug chlorpromazine (CPZ) first time. The crystallographic structure, surface topology, elemental compositions their distributions ionic states were enquired different spectroscopic techniques such XRD, FTIR, SEM, EDS, mapping XPS analysis. developed β-SnW NRs/GCE exhibits rapid sensitive response towards CPZ sensing with wide linear range (0.01–457 µM), high sensitivity (2.487 µA µM−1 cm−2), low limit (0.003 µM) excellent selectivity. Besides, as-proposed was successfully applied real sample analysis in commercial biological fluids acquired recovery results are quite satisfactory. proposed method preparation NRs cost, very simple, fast efficient applications.
