摘要: Hypertension is a polygenic multifactorial disorder involving the interaction of several genes with environmental factors. It major risk factor for mortality from cardiovascular diseases and primary cause stroke. Experimental models hypertension include animals surgically, chemically, or genetically induced hypertension. The current treatment not curative; it largely symptomatic. Diuretics β-adrenoceptor antagonists are standard recommended therapy. Other currently used drugs α1-adrenoceptor antagonists, calcium-channel (CCAs), angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, angiotensin II (Ang II) receptor combination Vasopeptidase renin inhibitors in advanced clinical evaluation.
