[Value of duplex sonography in diagnosis of renal artery stenosis and its value in follow-up after angioplasty (PTA)].

摘要: The assessment of the renal arteries is particularly important in detection a renovascular cause arterial hypertension. purpose present study was twofold: to evaluate accuracy duplex scanning non-invasively diagnosing artery stenoses hypertensive patients, and determine results transluminal angioplasty as assessed by scanning. In 76 patients with hyertension, 170 (18 kidneys supplied two arteries) were examined both angiography (DSA intraarterial intravenous technique, conventional arteriography).
