摘要: Abstract Maintaining colour strength and fastness of the fabrics dyed with natural colourants had been major constraint utilizing plant based dyes in modern textile practices. The present study was concerned extraction lutein dye from marigold ( Tagetes erecta L.) flowers role gamma radiation improving characteristics extracted dye. investigation fabric spectraflash showed that ray treatment 30 kGy optimum absorbed dose for surface modification to improve its uptake ability.
