摘要: We aimed to investigate the effects of Xylaria nigripes (XN) extracts on rapid eye movement sleep deprivation (REMSD)-induced memory impairment, and explore related mechanism. Male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: cage control (CC)-NaCl group; tank (TC)-NaCl (SD)-NaCl CC-XN TC-XN group SD-XN group. The administered with intragastric XN 0.9% sodium chloride. SD deprived REM for 72 h. Morris water maze (MWM) was used assess spatial learning memory. expression cAMP-response element binding protein (CREB) p-CREB also investigated in all groups. Result showed SD-NaCl had significantly longer mean escape latencies finding platform as compared (p<0.05) MWM test. spent less time goal quadrant REMSD did not alter CREB hippocampus, while resulted reduced phosphorylation which reversed by XN. mitigates impairment induced rat. Phosphorylation hippocampus might be one mechanisms.
