摘要: Abstract IS3 (1258 bp in length) contains two open reading frames, orfA and orfB , which are out of phase overlap each other. We show here that three proteins 10, 32 42 kDa size encoded by IS3. The 10 protein is the product called OrfA. ATG codon overlaps termination utilized to produce (here OrfB), a manner depending on translation . transframe synthesized from -1 translational frameshifting at A 4 G motif present overlapping region.
