摘要: Abstract One way to ensure food safety is by enhancing compliance at the farm level. This study investigates status, estimates cost, identifies determinants, and assesses impact of with measures (FSM) in milk production Nepal. The based on primary data collected from six high producing districts that captures geographical institutional diversity production. Results show status level FSM not very encouraging. Also, intensity adoption exhibits significant inter- intra-district variations. It varies positively herd size but additional cost negatively size. Among other access information, incidence inspection for conformity quality standards are also associated higher FSM. Finally, we estimate farm-gate prices farmers’ profits conduct several robustness checks.
