摘要: Increasing the amount of micronutrients in diets across world is crucial to improving health. Numerous methods can accomplish this such as biofortification food through biotechnology, conventional breeding, and agronomic approaches. Of these, methods, approaches are currently globally accepted and, therefore, should be primary focus research efforts. This review synthesizes current literature regarding state biofortified foods breeding for crops. Additionally, benefits limitations all described discussed, allowing us identify key areas that still required increase efficacy these methods. The information provided here provide a basal knowledge global efforts combating micronutrient deficiencies.
