摘要: Corneal disease is responsible for the main cause of bilateral blindness in world, second only to cataract. As an essential actin binding protein, destrin mutation often result cytoskeleton dynamics abnormalities corneal epithelial surface, and thus, cell hyperproliferation, inflammation, angiogenesis, namely, diseases. In this study, we explored interaction crosstalk between pathways response mutation. expected, results showed that regulation was significant pathway mice. Further analysis indicated there were 28 cytoskeleton. Importantly, three pathways, including pathway, cancer, B receptor signaling linked by inositol phosphate metabolism GO relationships among pathways. All them have been demonstrated play important roles dynamics. We deeply hope our study could provide insights into disease. Key words: ADF/cofilin, dynamics, crosstalk.
