摘要: The architects of the Modern Synthesis viewed development as an unfolding a form already latent in genes. However, developing organisms play far more active, constructive role both their own and evolution than proclaims. Here we outline what is meant by processes evolution, emphasizing how shared feature many research developments central to Extended Evolutionary Synthesis. Our article draws out parallels between physiological expressed internally external environment (niche construction), showing each case they important not fully recognized evolutionary roles modifying biasing natural selection.
