摘要: The highly anisotropic systems which are referred to as quasi one-dimensional conductors characterized by rather small bandwidths (< 1 eV) and simple tight binding bandstructures. thermoelectric power is therefore larger than in typical metals more easily analyzed obtain information on bandstructure cation-anion charge transfer. metal-insulator transitions present many of these also probed thermopower. Perhaps most interestingly narrow band show sizeable effects relating the onsite Coulomb interaction. correlated electrons retain a spin degree freedom observable thermopower an “entropy per carrier” contribution \( \frac{k}{e} \) ln 2 or — 60 μV/K. All conducting TCNQ salts form R+(TCNQ) − saturate this value at room temperature.
