摘要: Abstract We have measured the thermoelectric power of organic solid solutions (TTF1-xTSeFx)-TCNQ from 300 to 20 K. find that in TTF- TCNQ conductivity is dominated by chain down 58 K and TTF dominates between 38 In TSeF-TCNQ cation anion conductivities are comparable at all temperatures. also disorder leads band tailing a finite density localized states within Peierls gap.
