摘要: Abstract CdS x Se 1− (0 ≤ ≤ 1) nanorods with diameter of 10–20 nm and length up to 100–150 nm were successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route. It was found that the could be obtained at temperature as low 120 °C size distribution did not change composition. A thin layer detected beside products proposed act crystal seeds in incorporating process , thus decreasing reaction effectively. The exploration ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) absorption properties samples confirmed band gaps nanocrystals easily tuned control composition, which may indicate its wide application many fields.
