摘要: The aims of this study were to evaluate whether platelets are activated during strenuous exercise in healthy athletes. Also, determine the impact plasmin and thrombin activity catecholamine release. Previous studies have shown activation hemostatic system after competitive exercise, but platelet was thought be absent trained other potent activators is still a matter for debate. We examined 30 triathletes triathlon competition. Flow cytometric detection CD62p (P-selectin) used measure vivo platelets. Platelet-leukocyte aggregates also determined. Thrombin concentration assessed by thrombin-antithrombin III complex (TAT) fibrinolytic state characterised plasmin-alpha2-antiplasmin (PAP). Catecholamines measured means high-pressure liquid chromatography. rose from baseline (2.3%) 3.4% elevated 2 hours (3.1%, p = 0.0133). min (4.3 % vs 3.6%) decreased significantly 60 (2.9 %, 0.008). TAT increased 3.9 microg/l 8.3 competition 5.4 later (p < 0.001). PAP 10-fold 350 3,267 (1,074 microg/l, p<0.001). No linear correlation found between markers, catecholamines activation. Platelets, coagulation fibrinolysis athletes, whereby changes pronounced. Mechanisms include phenomena than plasmatic factors catecholamines.
