摘要: Abstract Chitosan-poly( ɛ -caprolactone) was fabricated into drug-enclosed fibrous membranes by loading with ketoprofen and using a wet-spinning method. The optimized chitosan-poly( poly( proportions changing from about 20 to 40 wt% showed notably enhanced tensile strength in wet state as compared pure chitosan membranes. Some loaded an initial amount of around 8 wt% were capable maintaining sustained releases for period time longer than 50 h without significant burst release, the corresponding release profiles could be effectively controlled regulating composition diameters filaments. Kinetic analysis indicated that ketoprofen-release patterns selected well fitted Higuchi model biphasic characteristics different release-rate constants depending on parameters membranes; ketoprofen-releases administrated anomalous mechanisms involved both swelling follow-up diffusion.
