Ketoprofen 2.5% gel versus placebo gel in the treatment of acute soft tissue injuries.

摘要: A parallel, double-blind, placebo controlled and randomized study in a single center was done with ketoprofen 2.5% gel to treat acute soft tissue injuries. Patients applied the twice day for seven days, corresponding 250 mg of per day. Assessments were made on third seventh by VAS, subjective evaluation pain threshold algometry. The group consisted 29 patients control 27 patients. Pain at rest significantly relieved group, whereas difference not significant.
