摘要: This work studied the mutagenic potential and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) levels onto PM 10 collected in diesel revision plants, an urban area as well a rural Santiago, Chile. The average emission plants during working hours (there is no occupational Chilean standard) were significantly higher than atmospheric standard highly with high PAHs levels. Additionally, we evaluated contribution of CYP1A1 GSTMI polymorphisms on 1-OH-pyrene urinary diesel-exposed workers carrying CYP1A1*2A allele showed 1-OH-P subjects from same genotype. found individuals combined null kind information might be relevant to establish prevention, protection, mitigation actions protect public health.
