摘要: Paediatric renal tumours represent a relatively common group of childhood solid neoplasms, in which both diagnosis and treatment are highly dependent on the histopathological findings. In addition to Wilms' tumour (nephroblastoma), number specific distinct entities now reported, including (congenital) mesoblastic nephroma, clear cell sarcoma kidney, rhabdoid paediatric variants carcinoma, others such as primitive neuroectodermal desmoplastic small round tumour. Recent advances molecular biological findings immunohistochemistry allow reliable most these even basis needle biopsy specimens. This review highlights salient features important for diagnostic pathologist reporting cases, areas either new classifications or major criteria have occurred recent years.
