摘要: Complete or partial protection against the line-10 hepatocarcinoma was conferred to a significant number of strain-2 guinea pigs by passive transfer antibodies reactive antigens from cells. Immunoglobulins were administered intradermally and injected sites subsequently challenged with prepared sera rabbits that had been immunized cells rendered immune this tumor previously described methods more effective than immunoglobulins obtained normal rabbit pig sera. Protection abolished if absorbed Antitumor effects dependent on close contact greater syngeneic peritoneal exudate tranferred in addition immunoglobulins. A possible mechanism for antitumor observed is antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
