摘要: Taxol is an antitumor compound which promotes assembly of microtubules in vitro . We report here that taxol the initiation microtubule when injected into living eggs Xenopus laevis In unfertilized injections more than 0.50 ng induce formation aster-like structures within 1 hr. This accompanied by abnormal cleavage furrows. fertilized arrests division blastomere two- and four-cell embryos. Such arrested blastomeres contain asters at higher doses.
