摘要: Fundamental approaches of developing electrospun affinity membranes and their applications in cell capture separation biologically active substances are discussed. Basic principles membrane-based process types various surface modifications described, to produce nanofibers for filtration or fractionation desired biological substances. The relevant advancements electrospinning novel have been discussed with a special focus on coupled ligands molecular imprinted polymers.
