摘要: The Notch signalling pathway is an important mediator of cell fate selection whose involvement in epidermal appendage formation now becoming recognised. Hair follicle development and hair involve the co-ordinated differentiation several different types which appears to have a role. We report intricate expression patterns for Notch-1 receptor three ligands, Delta-1, Jagged-1 Jagged-2 follicle. expressed ectodermal-derived cells follicle, inner embryonic placode bulb, suprabasal mature outer root sheath. Delta-1 only during exclusive mesenchymal pre-papilla located beneath placode. Expression or overlaps at all stages. In follicles, are complementary bulb sheath, predominantly basal cells. localised (basal) next dermal papilla do not express Notch-1, whereas upper correlates with into shaft cortical cuticle keratinocytes.
