摘要: Disasters affect a society at many levels. Simulation-based studies often evaluate the effectiveness of 1 or 2 response policies in isolation and are unable to represent impact coevolve with others. Similarly, most in-depth analyses based on static assessment "aftermath" rather than capturing dynamics. We have developed data-centric simulation environment for applying systems approach dynamic analysis complex combinations disaster responses. analyze an improvised nuclear detonation Washington, District Columbia, this environment. The simulated blast affects transportation system, communications infrastructure, electrical power behaviors motivations population, health status survivors. partially restoring wireless capacity is analyzed concert range other policies. Despite providing limited increase cell phone communication, overall was improved.
