摘要: There is a rapid onset of organizing alveolitis/fibrosis at 120–140 d after whole lung irradiation C57BL/6J mice. To test the hypothesis that circulating cells bone marrow origin contribute to fibrosis, irradiated chimeric green fluorescent protein (GFP)+ mice were followed for GFP+ in areas fibrosis. In second experimental model, female received 20 Gy total irradiation, and 60 or 80 intravenously injected with from clonal male stromal cell line marrow, respectively.
