摘要: Abstract Purpose To evaluate the corneal biomechanical metrics by Corvis ST (CST) in healthy Chinese adults. Methods This cross-sectional study used CST to measure intraocular pressure (IOP), central thickness (CCT), and parameters, including time, velocity, length, deformation amplitude at first (A1T, A1V, A1L, A1DA) second applanation (A2T, A2V, A2L, A2DA), radius curvature highest concavity (HCT, HCR, HCDA) peak distance (PD). Results A total of 158 adults (158 eyes) were included final analysis. No significant differences observed between male female for any parameters (All P > 0.05). With increasing age, a trend increase was detected among A1DA, A2T, A2DA, HCDA P  Conclusions provided informative measurements this population. Most associated with IOP, several influenced age or CCT, suggesting adjustment these factors needed before interpretations outputs.
