摘要: Purpose: Lower urinary tract symptoms are common in children after renal transplantation. However, it is unclear whether lower present before transplantation or appear postoperatively. We sought to evaluate bladder function transplantation.Materials and Methods: A total of 40 5 18 years old with a glomerular filtration rate less than 50 ml per minute 1.73 m2 were consecutively enrolled the study from 2006 2008. Bladder was assessed by comprehensive history, diary, uroflowmetry ultrasound.Results: Of patients 20% suffered incontinence, 47.5% had capacity larger expected for age, discontinuous flow 15% residual urine 20 greater.
