摘要: In recent years there has been an increasing understanding that combinations of drugs, acting at different effector sites, can provide higher-quality analgesia or sedation than single drugs alone. This concept co-analgesia become routine practice in paediatric postoperative analgesia, and proved to be highly effective. The combined action the allows individual drug dosing reduced, thereby minimising side effects while maintaining adequate analgesia. Analgesic agents also mixtures (such as epidural space) which alter efficacy duration technique, this, too, a development anaesthetic practice. However, all have effects, each time new is added, it brings with possibility interactions. Therefore, are undoubtedly beneficial, clinician must detailed knowledge pharmacology interactions used.
