摘要: Le 5-fluorouracile (5-FU), antimetabolite connu depuis presque un demi-siecle, est l’un des plus anciens medicaments anticancereux et reste encore a l’heure actuelle utilise dans le traitement de nombreuses tumeurs solides. Considerant specifiquement cancer colorectal (CCR) malgre l’avenement nouvelles molecules telles que raltitrexed, l’irinotecan ou l’oxaliplatine developpes partir 1995, 5-FU cytotoxique reference seul en association cette pathologie tant situation adjuvante metastatique.
